Harper’s BAZAAR is celebrating its 15th anniversary in Spain with an exclusive exhibitionMás Allá de la Moda, at the Museo Nacional de Artes Decorativas in Madrid. Running from April 24 to June 22, 2025, the show features over 230 remarkable works, including photography by Txema Yeste and Nico Bustos, designs by Carolina Herrera, and masterpieces by Lita Cabellut.

Harper’s BAZAAR Spain’s journey from its debut in 2010 to now is highlighted through a dynamic blend of history and modern artistry. The brand’s influence in fashion, art, and culture is celebrated through curated textiles, jewelry, and visuals from its revered archives.

The inauguration was a special event, attended by many of the people who, over the past fifteen years, have shaped, with their talent and stories, the history of Harper’s BAZAAR Spain, including Carmen Kass, Rossy de Palma, Laura Ponte, and Paco León.

Following the initial greetings, Sofía Rodríguez Bernis, Director of the Museo Nacional de Artes Decorativas, Inmaculada Jiménez, Director of Harper’s BAZAAR, and Mario Ximénez, the exhibition’s curator, each addressed the audience. Jiménez emphasized, “Harper’s BAZAAR is much more than fashion; it’s culture, and it deserves to be showcased on the walls of a national museum.”

Ximénez added: We all know that Harper’s BAZAAR is the oldest fashion magazine and, from the start, refused to limit itself to fashion trends or clothing. Instead, it addressed human rights, women’s social progress, art, and graphic design…While organizing this exhibition, we soon realized Harper’s BAZAAR Spain has carried this same legacy forward.
