Cosmopolitan and Marie Claire introduce a new editorial structure designed to further strengthen the growth and development of both brands.

Martina Mozzati has been appointed Editor-in-Chief of Cosmopolitan Italia. Lavinia Farnese, after four years leading Cosmopolitan, takes on the role of Editorial Director and, concurrently, becomes Co-Editor-in-Chief of Marie Claire, where she has served as Deputy Editor-in-Chief since September 2024.

The appointments will take effect in February 2026, aligning with two landmark issues: Cosmopolitan’s Sanremo Festival issue and Marie Claire’s Fashion Issue.

Martina Mozzati holds a degree in Modern Literature and a master’s degree in Cultural Heritage Management. She joined Cosmopolitan Italia in 2021 as Head of Events and Special Projects, playing a key role in the development of initiatives such as Cosmopolitan at Sanremo, Cosmopolitan at the Rome and Milan Pride events, Cosmopolitan at the Venice Film Festival, as well as numerous digital covers. Her professional progression continued with her appointment as Brand Manager in 2024 and as Deputy Editor-in-Chief in April 2025. Now at 30, she assumes leadership of Cosmopolitan Italia.

Lavinia Farnese began her career at La Repubblica and continued her professional growth at Vanity Fair. In 2021, she became Editor-in-Chief of Cosmopolitan, leading its transformation into a contemporary, fully integrated editorial brand spanning print, digital, and events, with a strategic focus on Gen Z and a significant improvement in brand performance. In 2024, Lavinia also joined the leadership team at Marie Claire as Deputy Editor-in-Chief and Director of Digital and Events. For Marie Claire, 2025 marked a year of profound evolution, with a new aesthetic, digital covers, video podcasts, events, and a series of successful formats that will continue into 2026, including Marie Claire Resort, Marie Claire Le Cinéma, and Notturno Marie Claire.
