Hearst Italia Celebrates 82nd Venice International Film Festival

ELLE Italia and Cosmopolitan Italia celebrated this year's Venice Film Festival with impactful brand activations.

Hearst Italia brought two of its most iconic brands, ELLE and Cosmopolitan, to the 82nd Venice International Film Festival with a compelling mix of print, digital, and experiential activations. From exclusive interviews and red carpet stories to immersive live experiences on the beach, the two brands will accompany audiences and readers through every facet of the Festival—celebrating cinema, fashion, and the creative voices shaping the future.

ELLE: A “Back to Cinema” Celebration

On August 27, ELLE Italia launched its new issue with a special Venice edition dedicated to the magic of cinema. The cover story introduced rising star Fanni Wrochna (Duse), alongside an in-depth portrait of Kim Novak, who was honored with the Golden Lion for Lifetime Achievement, and a conversation with director Audrey Diwan on empowering new generations of filmmakers.

Alongside the weekly magazine, ELLE Daily Venezia returned for its seventh consecutive year, running from August 27 to September 5. The daily publication captured the essence of the Festival with exclusive photography, star interviews, red carpet highlights, and editorial picks. Distributed across key festival venues and select Venetian hotels, ELLE Daily extended its reach through Instagram, TikTok, and Elle.it, creating a vibrant multi-platform experience.

Cosmopolitan: Orizzonte Mare – Conversations Beyond the Red Carpet

From August 27 to September 5, Cosmopolitan Italia launched Orizzonte Mare, an innovative program of talks and celebrations at the Reef Beach Bar, opposite the historic Hotel Des Bains and steps away from the Palazzo del Cinema. Each evening from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Cosmopolitan editors hosted exclusive interviews with leading actors and actresses, creating intimate encounters that went beyond the formalities of the red carpet. Program highlights included:

  • August 29Saul Nanni, Cosmopolitan’s most recent cover star and lead in Nicolangelo Gelormini’s La Gioia, exclusive meet-and-greet for a special beach signing session.
  • August 30Orizzonte Mare beach celebration, embodying Cosmopolitan’s youthful energy and global spirit.

Cosmopolitan’s initiative was supported by key partners including Labello, Motivi, Acqua Valverde, and Hotel Radisson Collection Venice.
