Hearst UK Wins Three Awards at the 2026 PPA Awards

Good Housekeeping, Esquire and Cosmopolitan were recognized across three major categories, celebrating creativity, innovation, and impact.

Hearst UK is proud to announce that it took home three prestigious awards at this year’s PPA Awards, which celebrate the most influential media brands, publishers and storytellers across the industry:

The wins highlight the strength of Hearst UK’s portfolio and the passion of the teams behind some of the nation’s most trusted and influential media brands.

Good Housekeeping‘s Media Brand of the Year award recognizes the brand’s continued success in delivering trusted, authoritative journalism, engaging audiences across platforms and maintaining its position as one of the UK’s leading consumer media brands.

Teo van den Broeke’s Editor of the Year award celebrates his exceptional leadership since taking the helm in April 2025. Under his direction, Esquire UK has entered a bold new era, with a refreshed editorial identity, redesigned magazine and the launch of the inaugural For Better Men issue and flagship Better Men event. Together, these initiatives have reaffirmed Esquire UK’s position as a leading voice in men’s lifestyle journalism, championing intelligent storytelling, contemporary culture and a modern vision of positive masculinity.

Cosmopolitan UK’s Campaign for Good award recognized its powerful “End 1861” campaign, delivered in partnership with the British Pregnancy Advisory Service (BPAS). The campaign successfully called for the decriminalization of abortion in England and Wales, helping to secure the most significant change to abortion legislation since the Abortion Act 1967 and demonstrating the power of purpose-driven journalism to drive meaningful social change.

These achievements are a testament to the creativity, innovation and dedication demonstrated across Hearst UK. They reflect the collaborative efforts of talented teams who continue to produce outstanding journalism, storytelling and audience experiences.
