Hearst Spain has partnered with Iberostar Beachfront Resorts to launch the Iberostar Wellbeing Programme by Men’s Health, an innovative wellbeing experience for the body and mind.
Developed by the expert teams at Men’s Health and Women’s Health, the program introduces a holistic wellbeing concept to enhance the hotel experience featuring personalized training, nutrition, and recovery plans. It will initially launch at five Iberostar Beachfront Resorts properties with content available via the Iberostar app and QR codes throughout the hotels.
The experience is structured around three core pillars and is designed to deliver a 360º approach to tourism and wellbeing:
- Train: Dynamic workout routines designed by Aarón Santos, the physical trainer behind the Men’s Health Challenge, and adapted to each guest’s goals. These sessions combine technical precision with the enjoyment of exercising by the sea.
- Eat: A gastronomic concept supported by rigorous nutritional analysis and endorsed by the Men’s Health quality seal, featuring healthy menus supervised by Roberto Oliver, nutritionist for the publication and the Men’s Health Challenge.
- Recover: Rest and relaxation routines guided by fitness and health expert Amalia Panea, designed to revitalize mind and body. The offering includes high-quality spa treatments and “invisible training” practices aimed at improving sleep hygiene and supporting holistic regeneration.
Each participating Iberostar Beachfront Resorts hotel interprets the program through its own identity, reflecting the character of its destination across Andalusia, the Balearic Islands, and the Canary Islands. In Tenerife, it is offered in an adults-only setting overlooking the Atlantic; in Fuerteventura, it is closely connected to the island, with aloe vera as a central element; in Mallorca, it links wellbeing with the local environment; and in Cádiz, it becomes part of the seaside holiday experience. All participating hotels share a seafront setting and a common philosophy focused on balance, connection, and unhurried travel.
According to Antonio Bauzá, Global Brand Communications Director of Iberostar Beachfront Resorts: “At Iberostar we understand wellbeing as a way of traveling and of living. The Iberostar Wellbeing Programme by Men’s Health allows us to take one step further in our commitment to creating experiences that take care of people and the environment, turning seaside vacations into an opportunity to train better, eat consciously, and truly rest, in harmony with nature. Having the support of a publication such as Men’s Health and the knowledge of its team of wellbeing experts is both a motivation and a guarantee to continue offering experiences that inspire a healthier, more conscious, and more fulfilling life.”
Jordi Martínez, Director of Men’s Health Spain and Women’s Health Spain, added: “We are proud to put our experience at the service of a project that will help thousands of people take care of themselves to feel better and live better. This alliance with Iberostar Beachfront Resorts is a decisive step in creating premium wellbeing experiences that turn a hotel stay into an exceptional moment to care for mind and body.”
The Iberostar Wellbeing Programme by Men’s Health is an exclusive, differentiated body–mind wellbeing proposition, endorsed by Men’s Health, Spain’s most-read men’s magazine, and Women’s Health, responding to the growing demand for health- and wellbeing-focused travel experiences.
