Men’s Health Spain unveils a bold new image, reaffirming its position as the most influential publication in the sector. With more than 25 years as a benchmark in men’s lifestyle, the brand enters a new era — more premium, more aspirational, and more relevant than ever.

Beginning with its October issue, now available on newsstands, the magazine introduces a refreshed design and enhanced editorial offering under the claim: “The secret of the new luxury: feeling better to live better.”

The redesign places strong emphasis on high-quality visual storytelling, featuring large-format photography, a cleaner, more sophisticated layout, and new editorial sections, among which Beauty, Fashion, Sports, and Emerging Themes, that deliver both depth and credibility. This transformation reinforces Men’s Health’s premium positioning, catering to an active, discerning, and style-conscious audience.

“The renewal we are presenting in this new stage reflects our commitment to offer our readers and advertisers a more up-to-date editorial product, with a more aspirational and premium design. Our goal is to continue being the reference publication for active, discerning men interested in their well-being and lifestyle. With this redesign, we are taking another step in consolidating Men’s Health as the essential guide for those who want to take care of themselves and be better in order to live better.” said Jordi Martínez, Editor-in-Chief of Men’s Health.

The October cover features acclaimed actor Jaime Lorente, embodying the essence of the Men’s Health man and championing the motto: “The luxury of being yourself.” His presence reinforces the brand’s renewed focus on authenticity, aspiration, and self-care as the true pillars of modern luxury.

This milestone follows the successful redesign of Men’s Health Italy, reinforcing the brand’s global commitment to delivering a more premium, aspirational, and contemporary editorial experience.
