
Hearst Spain welcomes Paloma González-Blanch as Director of New Business Development, effective November. In this role, she will lead the identification and acceleration of new revenue streams, the development of strategic partnerships, and the creation of innovative value propositions in close collaboration with other areas of the company such as Advertising and Communication Solutions, Editorial, and Brand and Consumer Development. González-Blanch will report directly to Cristina Martín Conejero, CEO of Hearst Spain.
With a strong professional background in the media industry, Paloma González-Blanch joins Hearst after her tenure at Condé Nast, where she served as Advertising Sales Manager for Culture & Lifestyle. During this period, she led advertising sales strategies and branded content partnerships for titles such as Vogue, Vanity Fair, GQ, AD, Condé Nast Traveler, and Glamour. Her work contributed significantly to the growth of brands in the Media & Entertainment and Technology sectors, helping them optimize their investments through strategic and innovative solutions such as digital-first campaigns, print advertising, and event sponsorships.
Previously, she was Digital Advertising Manager for Vogue, a role in which she spearheaded the launch of new digital and social formats, accelerated revenue growth, and expanded the client portfolio beyond traditional fashion, beauty, and luxury sectors to include categories such as entertainment, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), technology, and financial services.
