
Women’s Health Spain hosted the fourteenth edition of Women’s Health Live on October 3, 2025, transforming Madrid’s Palacio de Cibeles into a hub of fitness and wellness. The event brought together more than 600 participants, leading trainers, and top wellness brands for a day dedicated to sport, health, and community.
The program began with Amalia Panea’s Active Meditation, followed by a lineup of sessions led by Crys Dyaz, Michelle Calvó, Paula Butragueño, Yasmina Sancayo, and the DAN’S Madrid team. Attendees took part in workouts including Push & Power, Total Booty, Ballet Workout, Phi Fuerza, and SWEAT Baile X Fuerza, filling the Galería de Cristal with energy and participation.
Beyond the workouts, partner brands offered a variety of wellness activations and lifestyle experiences. Cantabria Labs presented its Endocare skincare line, Movistar Plus+ hosted an interactive gymkhana, and Interporc offered a live jamón tasting and strength challenge. Dinamic Protein, Granini, and Aquadeus kept participants refreshed, while Quirón Salud, LEV, Weider, Planet Fitness, COVAP, Spraga, and Leapmotor contributed to the day’s activities with health and fitness experiences that reflected the holistic focus of the event.
An important highlight of event was a discussion featuring Amanda Sampedro, Carla Suárez, Estefanía Unzu, and Noemí de Miguel, who shared their perspectives on leadership, equality, and the evolving role of women in sport. Their dialogue reflected the ongoing mission of Women’s Health to promote representation and empowerment through physical activity. Additionally, the CaixaBank Xperience area served as a meeting point for trainers, creators, and the Women’s Health editorial team. It hosted interviews and conversations shared through @xperiencecaixabank, extending the event’s reach across digital platforms.
