Harper’s BAZAAR Hong Kong Hosts Fifth BAZAAR At Work Summit

The brand hosted its 5th BAZAAR At Work Summit, bringing together female leaders for industry discussions and the 2025 Visionary Women Awards

On March 4, 2026, Harper’s BAZAAR Hong Kong hosted the 5th edition of the BAZAAR At Work Summit at the Kimpton Hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui. Held under the theme “Every Age, Every Stage,” the summit focused on the opportunities available to women and the challenges they face in the contemporary workplace.

The program featured panel discussions and keynote sessions addressing topics such as employee wellbeing, evolving workplace expectations, and leadership approaches. Speakers included Vincent Choi, Sophia Yu, Terecina Kwong, Stephanie Ng, Ray Chan, Adeline Chien, Genie Biome, Rachel Fan, Sharmeen Shroff, Chan Kai-ying, and Tracy Wong.

During the event, Harper’s BAZAAR Hong Kong also presented the Visionary Women Awards 2025, recognizing eight women for their achievements, innovation, and impact across industries. The awards were judged based on the recipients individual accomplishments, the creativity of their work, and their contribution to society. This year’s recipients were: Carla Martinesi (CHOMP), Gretchen Ryan (Mother’s Choice), Stephanie Ng (Body Banter), Jess Cheng (CHARGESPOT), Apple Chui (Chinese University of Hong Kong), Rachel Fan (G-NiiB GenieBiome and MicroSigx), Grace Chan Man-yee (Hong Kong Council of Social Service), and Hanane Sabri (Hong Kong Jockey Club).

To mark its 5th anniversary, the summit concluded with a special dinner, opened with remarks by Sophia Yu, Managing Director of SCMP Magazines, and offering an additional opportunity for networking and exchange.
