Harper’s BAZAAR Polska celebrated the launch of its first issue earlier this month with an evening for guests from the worlds of culture, fashion and art. Held at the National Library’s Palace of the Republic in Warsaw, the event centered on the theme “More to discover” and offered guests a first look at the new issue, featuring cover star and acclaimed actor Tilda Swinton.
Editor-in-Chief Zuzanna Krzątała welcomed guests to the celebration. In the issue, she speaks with Swinton about art, photography and the roles she chooses, as well as intuition, risk-taking and what makes a creative project endure.
The Palace of the Republic provided a fitting setting for the launch. The team chose the National Library to reflect on the value of print and the stories and ideas that can be preserved, discovered and passed on through its pages.
For Harper’s BAZAAR Polska, the launch marks the beginning of a broader conversation with its audience—one that will continue through the magazine’s print and digital editions, as well as events and encounters that bring people together around culture, fashion and art.
